Health is Wealth!

Today I am sending this message to say that it is of great importance that we all take good care of our health. Bad health contributes to debt, poverty, missed time from work, and no legacy to leave for your family. Take the time this weekend to evaluate where you are health wise.When was the last time you saw a doctor? If it has been over 1 year, schedule yourself an appointment! How about the dentist? Oral health does contribute to overall health. Schedule a dental appointment!Reflect on your diet. Are you eating proteins, meats, and lots of vegetables? Are you getting enough protein? Nutrients? Do you need to lower the amount of fats consumed?Do you allow yourself some time just for you everyday? No? Then schedule it into your day, everyday! Did you know that stress cause belly fat? Did you know that stress is not something to think lightly of. It can be very detrimental for your health.Now is the time to love yourself and make the changes needed for your Longevity.
